Refund policy

Thirty days, no argument. If the book is not for you, email support@auntiefongcooks.com within 30 days of your purchase from the address you bought with, and you get the full $29 back to the card you paid with. You do not have to send anything back and you do not have to say why.
How it works
- Write to support@auntiefongcooks.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include the order email or receipt if you have it handy.
- We issue the refund through Gumroad, the checkout provider, within two business days of your email. Gumroad returns the money to your original payment method; your bank may take five to ten more business days to show it.
- The refund is issued through Gumroad for the amount it charged you.
- You cannot un-download a PDF, so keep the files. That is our choice, not a loophole, so use it honestly. One refund per person.
- After a refund, your download link stops working and no future updates go to that address.
If something did not arrive
If the download link is broken or the receipt email never came, write to us first, before you dispute the charge with your bank. We can usually fix a missing file the same day. A card dispute takes weeks and helps no one. Check your spam folder for an email from Gumroad, then write to the same address with the email you used at checkout.
Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, which can end once the download starts with your consent. Our 30-day policy sits alongside that right and does not replace it.
