Auntie Fong is a character. The recipes, methods, and prices in this book were tested and gathered by the people who publish it under that name.
Payment is taken by Gumroad, Inc. as merchant of record, under Gumroad's terms. Gumroad charges your card, collects and remits sales tax or VAT where it applies, sends your receipt, and hosts the download. These terms govern what you are buying and how you may use it.
What you are buying
- Auntie Fong Cooks: Takeout at Home. PDF, 235 pages, 7 x 9.5 inches, about 14 MB.
- Auntie Fong's Kitchen Cards. PDF, 26 pages, print-ready.
- Ten More Dishes. PDF, 36 pages.
Price: $29 in United States dollars, once. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where your state or country charges it on e-books. Nothing else is added at checkout, and there is no subscription. The two bonus PDFs are included with the book and are not sold separately.
Delivery
The download opens on the screen after payment, and Gumroad emails the same link to the address you entered. Save the files to your device. If a file is still being stamped with your email address, the download page says so and Gumroad emails you when it is ready. If the link stops working or the email never arrives, write to support@auntiefongcooks.com and we will send it again.
Your license
You get a personal, single-user license. You may read the files on any of your own devices and print pages for your own use. You may not share, upload, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the files or substantial parts of them, and you may not use them to train machine-learning models. The files carry the email address you bought with, so a copy that turns up somewhere can be traced to the purchase.
Refunds
Thirty days, full refund, keep the files. The full policy is at /refunds/.
Updates
If we correct or add to this edition, you get the new file at no charge, sent to the email you bought with, for as long as this book is on sale. Nobody can honestly promise you forever, so we will not.
About the numbers and the cooking
Every price in the book and on this site is a typical 2026 United States figure: a menu price, the same plate delivered with fees and tip, and the groceries per plate from an ordinary supermarket. Prices vary by city, store, and month. They are numbers to check against your own receipts, not a promise of what you will pay or save.
The safety temperatures in the book are the USDA and FDA figures. USDA and FDA did not review or endorse this book. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and raw ingredients; you are responsible for cooking safely in your own kitchen. Nothing in the book or on this site is medical or health advice.
